Pam Longbine brings 30 years of corporate retail marketing insights to her work with BLEND clients. Drawing upon her vast experience, Pam has developed targeted, creative, high-impact advertising and marketing programs for countless retailers and shopping centers. Those strategic programs have achieved strong results for regional, outlet, lifestyle, mixed-use and specialty centers, as well as downtown revitalization projects. In addition, Pam has extensive experience with retailers, restaurants, gourmet groceries, hotels, non-profit organizations and entertainment companies.
In 1998, Pam launched her own marketing consulting business, ultimately joining forces with Robyn Urvinitka in 2003 to form BLEND Marketing. Prior to that, Pam served as VP of Corporate Marketing/Advertising for The Yarmouth Retail Group-San Francisco, overseeing the firm’s North American retail property portfolio and directing strategic corporate marketing initiatives.
Prior to her tenure with The Yarmouth Group, she was the founding partner of Innovative Marketing Solutions, a creative services firm based in Marin County. Her impressive client roster included The Hahn Company, Macerich Company, The Taubman Company, Ghirardelli Square and Stanford Shopping Center. Pam’s experience also includes serving as Corporate Marketing Director of Reininga Corporation, Special Events Director of Broadway Southwest and positions with The Taubman Company and Westcor Partners.
Throughout her career, Pam has remained active with ICSC and has been a member of Fashion Group International and the Northern Arizona University College of Arts & Letters Advisory Council. Pam is a Board Member of Partners for Paiute which provide grants to local nonprofit agencies. In addition, she is on the Corporate Strategic Plan Committee for DMB’s DC Ranch master planned community in Scottsdale, AZ.
Pam is passionate about her commitments to charitable organizations such as Ronald McDonald House, Hospice, Golden Retriever Rescue and Childsplay. She has served on the Auxiliary Board of The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Scottsdale and has co-chaired the Visions of Sugarplums holiday events. Pam has also been active on the Hope Ball Committee that benefits The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Arizona.
